This study aims to further analyze the relationship between social support and knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine on vaccine hesitancy among university students throughout the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The measurement tools for this study were the vaccine hesitancy scale, the social support scale and the knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine scale. Multiple regression technique was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between social support and knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine on vaccine hesitancy in college students. This is evidenced by the significance value (p <.001). There is a negative relationship between social support and vaccine hesitancy as evidenced by a significant value (p <.001). Knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine also has a negative relationship with vaccine hesitancy with a significant value (p <.001). That way the higher the doubts about the vaccine, the lower the social support and knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine. %Z Pembimbing: Denisa Apriliawati, S. Psi.
