Si. abstract: Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DINPORAPAR) of Purworejo Regency is running an innovation the "Ayo Dolan Seplawan" program to invite people to travel there through collaborative action and social media. The "Ayo Dolan Seplawan" program is aimed at the people of Purworejo and outside Purworejo, especially the community to jointly drive Seplawan Cave tourism. Communication plays an important role in the running of a tourism program. Communication plays a role in establishing cooperation between DINPARAPAR and stakeholders and the community. The success of a the tourism program depends on the management of tourism communication carried out. The existence of this is a challenge for the DINPORAPAR of Purworejo Regency to manage tourism communication properly so that the programs provided can run optimally.This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses a management analysis unit communication counseling Suprapto (2009) in Abidin (2021).Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, literature study and documentation.The subjects of this study were two field heads and one member of the "Ayo Dolan Seplawan" program team.
