The complexity of the existing organizational communication creates an atmosphere within the organization that involves all components of the organization, this atmosphere is what is called the organizational communication climate, where climate can influence the behavior and performance of members in related organizations. PC IPNU IPPNU Kab. Magelang as a student organization in Kab. Magelang oversees 21 organizations at the PAC (Children's Branch Leaders) level based in sub-districts spread across the district. Magelang. This is an obligation for PC IPNU IPPNU Kab. Magelang to assist the organization under it and meet its needs. However, the reality is that PAC's need for a PC is still not fulfilled. This is homework for the PC to create a good organizational communication climate as an effort to improve the performance of its members, especially in terms of assisting the PC to PAC. This study aims to analyze organizational communication climate problems related to efforts to improve the performance of IPNU IPPNU PC members in Magelang Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method and the theory of human relations. The data in this study were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. The subject of this research is the leader who is in the ranks of the Daily Management. The results of this study indicate that the organizational communication climate in the PC IPNU IPPNU Kab.
