Learning media that displays 3D object visuals could be built by installing Marker Augmented Reality applied in smartphone. Prototype method which has 5 stages was adopted to develop Solar System Augmented Reality for Android based. Those stages are Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Quick Design, Build, Prototype, User Evaluation, Refining Prototype dan Implement Product and Maintain. This research utilizes marker AR technology by building learning media about solar system for android base. The application was built by using Unity 3D and the Vuforia extension with the C\# programming language.} }
