By maintaining respectful relationships between people, working effectively with peers, demonstrating the ability to lead in teamwork, and can be monitored directly by teachers who assess them objectively. The existence of these problems, authors conducted a study that aims to process data that affects the assessment of students in the school environment. Furthermore, a behavioral assessment system is created to assess behavior according to the assessment determined using the Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) method to increase student participation in the group. The result of this study is that the value of the student's behavior is used for self-introspection to become better. The results of this study indicate that the MSF method can be used as a formative assessment and a summative assessments. Based on the level of student observed, MSF can be used on student who are considered to be able to be used as student self-assessment carried out by the student themselves.
