In this study, the dependent variable is turnover intention. Perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and workplace well-being are all independent variables in this study. Purposive sampling is used, with a research sample of 75 employees. The path coefficient test was performed using the WarpPLS 8.0 data analysis tool. The findings revealed that perceived organizational support and commitment had a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. The workplace well-bing variable with a p-value of 0.426 {\ensuremath{>}} 0.05 had no significant effect on turnover intention.} }
