%T PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, KOMPETENSI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN  (STUDI KASUS BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KC YOGYAKARTA KUSUMANEGARA)
%X This study aims to determine the effect of communication, competence, and compensation on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara employees. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling using the Partial Least Squares approach using the WarpPLS 7.0 analysis tool. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method using 31 respondent from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. The result of the study show that communication has no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile competence anda compensation have a significant effect on employee performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara.
