Either partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sample technique. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with IBM SPSS 29. The results showed that partially educational background had no influence on employee's work ethic, then work motivation and human relation had a positive and significant effect on employee's work ethic. Meanwhile, it is simultaneously stated that educational background, work, ethic, and human relation had a positive and significant affect work ethic of Bank BPD DIY Sharia employees.
