The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique using 75 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed directly to the respondents. Using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis method with the Patrial Least Squares approach and the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that psychological well-being has no significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.
