One of the important roles of HR is to realize services that are to customer wishes. In this case, the quality of human resources needs to be considered, with good quality human resources will have a positive impact on the company. The quality of employees is usually monitored by their work ethic of employees. Employee work ethic is needed in a company because this work ethic is the key to the company's success. Factors that influence work ethic include educational background, work experience and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational background, work experience and motivation on the work ethic at BPD DIY Syariah bank moderated by organizational support. The research method is quantitative. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, the number of samples used in this study was 35 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely educational background and work motivation have a positive effect on work ethic, work experience does not affect work ethic. Organizational support only moderates the impact of work motivation on work ethic.
