N2  - Job seekers must have preparation of work in accordance with criteria required by company. Mastery of technology, soft skills, work information affects people's work readiness. Purpose of study was to determine the effect of them. Research used a quantitative approach with analysis technique of the SPSS version 25 program. Research sample was 2019 and 2020 FEBI UIN SUKA students. Results of study of the mastery of technology variable didn?t have a positive and insignificant effect on work readiness, soft skills variable had a significant positive effect on work readiness, work information had a positive but insignificant effect on work readiness.
