Akademi Desa 4.0 Program is projected to be able to become a forum for exchanging knowledge on innovation, development, and the life of rural communities, underdeveloped areas, and transmigration in order to increase capacity and quality. To realize and develop its existence requires effective and efficient management. Selection and use of management that is effective and efficient in the company's environment is carried out by humans as a resource for its existence is very important in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management implementation and results of the Akademi Desa 4.0 Program at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. This study uses the type of research Field Research (Field Research). The research was conducted from April to June 2022 at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia, based on primary and secondary data. Techniques in collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and checking the validity of the data through triangulation and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that: the Akademi Desa 4.0 program at the Ministry of Villages for Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia was carried out based on management functions, namely (1) Planning for the Akademi Desa 4.0 program starting from making the Vision and Mission of the program then making strategic plans and Canvas 9 Elements by the Village Academy Team 4.0 (2) Organizing (Organizing) consisting of the Regulatory Working Group, Information Systems Working Group, Learning Materials Working Group, Inter-Institutional Relations Working Group, Control Working Group, and Secretariat Team (3) Actuating (Implementation) carried out by the HR Center as video contributors and the creative team who carried out the program, namely making video platforms, learning videos, facilitating sustainable use and carrying out village development information campaigns. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Nur Saidah, M.
