If failure to cope with those various pressures can lead to role conflict and disruption of psychological functions and decreased in the level of psychological well-being for individuals who experienced it. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and psychological well-being of working mothers during new normal era pandemic Covid-19. This research used quantitative correlational method. The participants of this research were 150 working mothers in Institution X using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using psychological well-being scale and work-family conflict scale. The result of data analysis using SPSS 20.0 correlation Pearson Product Moment showed a significance level of p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) and rxy = -335. This indicated that there was a negative relationship between variables or the hypothesis was accepted. This can be concluded that the lower of the work-family conflict, the higher the psychological well-being of working mothers during new normal era pancemic Covid-19, and vice versa. %Z Pembimbing: Mayreyna Nurwardani, S.
