(STUDI PADA ANGGOTA DAN KORPS ALUMNI FOSSEI NASIONAL 2022-2023)
%X The purpose of this research is to analyze and predict the factors that influence the intention and behavior of using QRIS to pay ZIS among members and alumni of the national Forum for Islamic Economics Study (FoSSEI) in 2022-2023. UTAUT 2 is used as the model to analyze the research data. Development is carried out by integrating social identity as a moderation variable.
This study uses 294 respondents. FoSSEI was chosen as the research subject based on the role of the organization in focusing on the development of Islamic economics with a network of universities in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 is used to analyze this.
This study found that performance expectation, social influence, price value, and habit have a significant influence on the intention to use QRIS to pay ZIS. On the other hand, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation do not have an influence on the intention to use QRIS to pay ZIS. For the direct effect on behavior, it is known that intention and habit have a positive and significant influence on using QRIS to pay ZIS. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions are found to have no influence on using QRIS. It is known that social identity can strengthen the influence of intention and habit on the intention to use QRIS to pay ZIS. Meanwhile, social identity is found to be unable to strengthen the influence of social influence and price value on the intention to use QRIS to pay ZIS.
The theoretical implications of this research provide new insights related to the development of consumer behavior variables in general and specifically related to the adoption of QRIS information technology for ZIS payments. The policy implications of this research are to be used as a reference for policymakers such as ZIS management institutions and the government to develop policies that can optimize the collection of ZIS. Practically, this research offers new features that can be used as an alternative in using the UTAUT 2 model in the future.
