The formation of body gestures in interacting with other people is one way to see individuals have good interpersonal intelligence or contrary. Therefore, the importance in developing interpersonal intelligence is for how to socialize, communicate, and interact well. Especially in learning. The purpose of the research is to describe interpersonal intelligence in perspective of the Johari Window concept, interpersonal intelligence in perspective of noble morals, interpersonal intelligence in perspective of the concept of the Johari Window and noble morals. In order to conduct this research, library research was used which is based on related texts. This research used a pedagogical-psychological approach. Among the data sources examined are primary data in the form of a book entitled Group Processes An Introduction To Group Dynamics and other secondary data. The conclusions in this study are: (1) interpersonal intelligence according to the Johari Window concept are two different things, intelligence Interpersonal is the ability possessed by individuals in terms of influencing others individually, socializing. Meanwhile, the Johari window method is one method that can develop interpersonal intelligence. So that both can be integrated and produce optimal output. (2) Interpersonal intelligence in the perspective of noble morals from Ibn Sina covers all aspects of human life, such as personal aspects, social aspects, and spiritual aspects. So there is a goal of noble morals about human to human relationship as mentioned by Ibn Sina about social aspects. This social aspect touches the realm of interpersonal intelligence for humans. (3) interpersonal intelligence according to the concept of the johari window and the concept of noble morals. The concept introduced by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham is the concept of the Johari window which has 4 windows called free areas, blind areas, hidden areas and unknown activity areas. If connected with interpersonal intelligence is intelligence that can be developed using the concept of the Johari Window. While the concept of noble morals according to Ibn Sina is a personality that achieves perfection in all aspects of life, such as personal aspects, social aspects and spiritual aspects.
