Therefore, the increasingly competitive competition of companies in the field of photography services also triggers competition in offering their products to increase sales through social media, especially Instagram. Bingkai Cerita Photography is a photo service business that uses marketing communication strategies through promotional activities on the Instagram account. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of the results of this study is to find out how the digital marketing strategy carried out by Bingkai Cerita Photography in increasing promotional activities on the Bingkai Cerita Photography Instagram account. The Digital Marketing Strategy carried out by Bingkai Cerita Photography goes through the stages of marketing communication strategy, namely, determining the purpose of marketing communication, segmentation and targeting stages, differentiation and positioning stages. Bingkai Cerita Photography also uses a marketing mix (4P) in carrying out digital marketing strategies, which include Product, Price, Place, and Promotion strategy. Digital promotional activities carried out by Bingkai Cerita Photography on its Instagram account are using features on Instagram, in the form of photo uploads, photo titles, hashtags, Menstions, and Comments. Promotional activities carried out by Bingkai Cerita Photography include providing attractive promos, samples, and give aways.
