The number of disabled students taking chemistry lessons is increasing, but not all teachers can support students with disabilities. This study aims to examine the efforts of chemistry teachers in organizing inclusive learning for students with disabilities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Qualitative descriptive was used as a research method through written interview sheets given to four respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of written interviews with the four respondents indicated that most (79%) agreed with the flexibility of the curriculum in implementing inclusive chemistry classes, while 13% disagreed and 8% were unsure. The questionnaire results also showed that most respondents (85%) agreed with using inclusive learning strategies, while 7% disagreed and 7% were unsure. And finally, the results of interviews with respondents showed that learning development monitoring and assessment techniques for persons with disabilities in the implementation of the chemistry inclusion class agreed with an average of 86%, 11% disagreed, and 4% were undecided.
