Specific research on interpersonal skills which are part of soft skills is also carried out by the TRACOM Group and the results are that almost 85\% of failure factors in a profession are caused by poor interpersonal skills. Of course, a lot has to do with social interaction with both students and students as well as colleagues and a homogeneous social environment so that interpersonal skills become urgent, which means that if measured on a priority scale it has reached the level of needs which of course has logical consequences if not fulfilled. The results of the research are: first, the Urgency of Interpersonal Skills related to understanding and working with other people in general for the 2020-2021 Graduates of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Masters Program vary according to their professional background. Based on the need for commitment Urgency the result is related to appreciation, evaluation if it is related to the need for contributions the result is related to harmonization of relationships and coordination and if based on the need for strength the result is handling and control which are all general in nature Second Urgency Interpersonal Skills related to understanding and working in a team for Graduates of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Masters Program in 2020-2021, the results are more in line with what is stated but are more specific.} }
