Si abstract: Post-pandemic shows an increase in student enthusiasm for learning, how students to study and how students to manage their learning, that indicates selfregulation in student learning at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman has increased. This study aims to describe the factors of of supporting and inhibiting student learning for self-regulation in post-pandemic. The research use a type of field quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 128 students of class VIII A-D SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman and the sample was measured using the slovin formula with a total sample of 100 students. The data instrument test used the validity and reliability test. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that based on sample data the following can be explained: 1) self-regulation in learning for the majority of SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman students was in high or even very high-level category as shown in the metacognitive aspect of 45% of students, the aspect of motivation 46% of students and the aspect of active behavior 54% student.
