There is no use of teaching materials that support skills in welcoming the 5.0 era, namely rapid development in the use of technology, besides that educators only use teaching materials provided by the government, so a support is needed to improve the steps in learning with innovative teaching materials by utilizing the development of today's technology. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) research and development methods with the ADDIE model which includes 5 steps, namely: analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation. In developing Thematic E-books based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Increase Motivation of Class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten Students which aims to: (1) To Know the Thematic E-book Development Procedures based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Increase Learning Motivation of Class V Students Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten. (2) To determine the feasibility of thematic e-books based on Quantum Learning Strategies to increase learning motivation of Class V MIN 1 Klaten students. (3) To determine the effectiveness of thematic e-books based on Quantum Learning Strategies to increase the learning motivation of Class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten students This research aims to produce a product in the form of a Thematic E-book based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Increase Learning Motivation of Class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten Students. Muse the population, namely all class V A students totaling 28 students. In the feasibility of the product, several validators were carried out by several validators, namely 1 material expert, 1 media expert, and 1 linguist, and field trials on class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten students. This research shows that (1) Producing Thematic E-books based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Increase Learning Motivation of Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten Students, (2) Thematic E-books Based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Increase Learning Motivation of Class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten Students are declared very feasible to be used as additional teaching materials for thematic learning in class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten. The eligibility of the Quantum Learning Startegi Based E-book based on material experts obtained a percentage score of 94.28% who met the criteria of "very feasible, media experts obtained a percentage score of 93.33% who met the criteria of "very feasible", and linguists obtained a percentage score of 92.72% who met the criteria of "very feasible", (3) There were differences in student learning motivation before and after using Thematic E-books Based on Quantum Learning Strategies to Improve Learning Motivation of Class V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten Students. This refers to the paired sample t-test using the SPSS program obtained the value of learning motivation of Sig. (2-tailed) students, which is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the implications in the development of thematic e-books based on quantum learning strategies are effective in increasing the learning motivation of grade V Islamic Elementary School 1 Klaten students.
