(2) To analyze the feasibility of digital-based flipbook learning media to increase the interest and learning outcomes of class IV students in Civics at SDN 17 Muara Padang. (3) To find out the effectiveness of digital-based flipbook learning media to increase the interest and learning outcomes of class IV students in Civics at SDN 17 Muara Padang. (4) To find out the attractiveness of digital-based flipbook learning media to increase the interest and learning outcomes of class IV students in Civics at SDN 17 Muara Padang. This research uses the Research and Development method. This research design uses the ADDIE model developed by Robert Maribe Brach which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. . This location is at SDN 17 Muara Padang, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in class IV with 28 students. The instruments and data collection of this study used data from the assessment of design experts, material experts, linguists, teacher assessments, pretest and posttest questions, as well as pretest and posttest questionnaire tests of students using the N-gain value. The results of this study indicate that the development of digital-based flipbook learning media is considered very feasible to use. Based on the assessment carried out by the design expert, the score was 95\%, the material expert validation was 98\%, the linguist validation was 96\%, and the teacher's response was 96\%. The results of testing the effectiveness of using digital-based flipbook learning media to increase student interest obtained 22 students in the high category, and 6 students in the medium category. While the learning outcomes of 15 students in the high category and 13 students who scored 0.3 in the medium category. The results of the attractiveness test were seen from the results of the student response questionnaire which obtained a score of 96\%. Thus it can be said that digital-based flipbook learning media is very effective and very well used to increase interest and learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN 17 Muara Padang.} }
