Implementation of programs with the aim of increasing the creativity and independence of institutions. Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School minimizes the problems that exist in the community itself, namely Islamic boarding schools are often labeled with agencies distributing grant proposals, both in formal and non-formal institutions formal. Then what happened in society, many young people could not continue their education because of economic problems. This condition is a concern for the Baitul Kilmah creative Islamic boarding school to implement the santripreneur program. There are two main focuses in this research, how is the life skill-based santripreneur program and how is the management of the life skill-based santripreneur program at the Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of field research that is descriptive qualitative in nature. There are two sources of research data, namely the subject is the caretaker of the boarding school, the chairman of the foundation, teachers and students of the Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School. The object of his research is the life skill-based management of the santripreneur program at the Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School, Bantul. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely analyzing data through three stages; data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the first santripreneur program at the Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School was divided into two programs, namely writerpreneur and creative economy. Programs included in writerpreneur are translation studies, literature as well as journalism and media. Then for the creative economy is the sale and publication of books, t-shirt screen printing services and catfish farms. The results of the second study of the management of the santripreneur program were carried out in several stages, namely (1) planning was carried out by determining goals, compiling achievement indicators, and determining resources (human, financial and infrastructure). (2) Organizing is done by giving responsibility for each program to students who have expertise in their field. (3) The mobilization stage is carried out by caregivers through socialization and providing motivation related to the santripreneur program. (4) The supervision stage is carried out through technical evaluation in the field and evaluation of the students' product results. The life skill-based santripreneur program at the Baitul Kilmah Creative Islamic Boarding School has four skills, namely (1) personal skills including spiritual awareness of students, awareness of their potential and rational thinking skills of students. (2) Social skills include verbal and written communication skills and skills in communicating technological tools. As well as collaboration skills. (3) Santri's academic skills are trained through a writerpreneur program through training in translating Arabic language books, translating Javanese and Kawi script books, literature and journalism. (4) Vocational skills can be trained through creative economic programs through the fields of publishing and selling books, making t-shirt screen printing and catfish farming. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Zainal Arifin, S.Pd.I, M.S.I
