This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique uses purposive and snowball sampling based on the 3 M principles, namely knowing, understanding and experiencing. Research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research related to Women's Leadership Style in Improving the Quality of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure at MTSN 4 Bantul are: 1) The leadership style of the head of MTSN 4 Bantul is a transformative and democratic leadership style. The transformative leadership style of the madrasa head can provide change and development for MTSN 4 Bantul. Change and development can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure and can develop student achievements. The democratic leadership style of the head of the madrasa is discussed with all matters and provides freedom of opinion for the benefit of the madrasa. The democratic leadership style of the head of MTSN 4 Bantul shows that the head of the madrasa has a feminine soul in his leadership. This is because the head of the madrasa does not want his co-workers to feel hurt, so the head of the madrasa discusses it together. 2) Management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 4 Bantul through the stages of: planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance, deletion. With this management of facilities and infrastructure can be well structured. 3) Improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 4 Bantul with a priority scale strategy. Improved management in 2022/2023 can be seen starting from the facilities, namely tables, chairs, projectors, fans/AC, blackboards and cupboards. Meanwhile, infrastructure includes buildings, classrooms, courtyards and parking lots. Based on this increase MTSN 4 Bantul really carries out the vision and mission of the madrasa which aims to improve the competence of teaching and educational staff as well as facilities and infrastructure in accordance with national education standards. This increase in priority scale is inseparable from the leadership style of the MTSN 4 Bantul head who continues to develop madrasah facilities and infrastructure and includes father and mother teachers in MTSN 4 Bantul.} }
