The difference in the curriculum of the Yogyakarta World Civilization Vocational High School is based on the emergence of anxiety over curriculum management in Indonesia which has a fat curriculum system and is not based on potential, the application of management is too participant forcing students to master all the material in the curriculum and never considers whether the material is in accordance with the potential of students or no. This condition is a concern for the Yogyakarta World Civilization vocational high school, so the principal tries to implement a curriculum that can develop self-confidence in students. Research purposes : 1) to describe the leadership of principals at the Yogyakarta World Civilized Vocational High School, 2) to describe the application of 3 IN ONE curriculum management at the Yogyakarta World Civilized Vocational High School, 3) to describe the principal's leadership strategy in implementing 3 IN ONE curriculum management at the Yogyakarta World Civilized Vocational High School. The type of research and approach is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were obtained from research subjects, namely school principals, vice curriculum, teachers and students and research objects, namely curriculum management 3 IN ONE at the Yogyakarta World Civilization Vocational School. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques from Miles, Hubberman and Saldana, including: Data condensed the data, presentation of data and drawing conclusion or verification. Research results show that: 1) leadership of the principal of Yogyakarta World Civilization Vocational High School used a democratic leadership model during his leadership and the principal acts as a leader, manager, administrator, supervisor, educator and creator of a work atmosphere. 2) management of the 3 IN ONE curriculum at Yogyakarta World Civilization Vocational High School combines school-based management (MBS), Islamic boarding school based management (MSBP) and Cambridge International Through POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The second step pays attention to the principles of curriculum management implementation, such as productivity, democracy, cooperation, effectiveness, and efficiency, and directing the vision, mission, and goals. 3) the principal?s leadership strategy in implementing 3 IN ONE curriculum management at Yogyakarta World Civilization Vocational High School through a decentralization strategies, target focus strategies and competency strategies.} }
