N2  - Focus of this study is to discuss about, 1) how is style of leadership and the journey of carrer progression women library leader in State Islamic University Library Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta? 2) is there any representation of feminism in the jorney of carrer progression women library leader in State Islamic University Library Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta?
Resreach method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, and collect data using method observation, interview and documentation, meanwhile the data is processed by reducing data, display data and drawing conclusion.
The result of this study indicate, 1) while carrying out leadership, women library lesder is using feminime leadership ? transformational, where this style is considered suitable because this style were more empathetic and sensitive. In the crouse of career as a women library leader they also experiences challenges and one of the challenges is about family, meanwhile one of the attributes that people needed to become women library lesders is understanding usage of technology, other than that, women library leader also contribute to the academic field related to library. 2) radical feminism is found in women leadership in the library, this is characterized by awareness of the importance of educationfor women and understanding the choices of education and the profession they choose.
