Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy with the aim of maintaining productivity levels. PT. GMK SATUI is a company engaged in the processing of palm oil where this company determines its productivity based on sales profit. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of being able to determine the level of productivity carried out on the CPO production line with the criteria that will be measured are raw material productivity, operator work hour productivity, machine work hour productivity and production effectiveness which occurs which data is used starting from the period January-July 2022. OMAX (Objcetive Matrix) is the method used in this study where OMAX is a partial productivity measurement system that makes it easy to monitor productivity in certain sections. The analysis carried out to determine the factors that affect the level of productivity using FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). The results of this study are to find out the productivity level of each ratio starting from January-July 2022, namely: 129%, 44%, 30.33%, 25.33%, -26.33%, 102%, 1%. Then it is also known that the criteria that get the lowest score are the productivity of operator working hours and machine working hours. From the results of the analysis using the FTA, the factors that influence the level of productivity are the aspects of raw materials, operators and operating machines where raw materials are the main factor that most influences the level of productivity due to the lack of sufficient raw materials.
