Therefore, to determine what percentage of a person has a risk of having a heart attack, early detection using technology is necessary. In order to prevent heart disease, which can result in death, it is important to detect the risk early. Expert systems are one way to do this. The expert system was developed using the Bayesian Network method in order to determine what percentage of a person is at risk for a heart attack based on a person's different factors. There are five factors, namely age, gender, smoking habits, systolic blood pressure, and total cholesterol. The Bayesian Network method combines principles from graph theory, probabilistic, computer science, and statistics so that it can be applied in consulting calculations. Testing was carried out using alpha and beta testing methods. The results of beta testing are that the system is fully functional and 89.1% of users are satisfied with using the system. While testing the accuracy of the system is done by comparing the results of system consultation with a doctor's diagnosis using thirty test data and obtaining an accuracy of 90%.
