The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the quality of LADAPAS products using the Taguchi method. In conducting the experiment, levels and factors are required. After analysis, it was determined that there are two levels and three factors. These factors are the number of operator briefings, the number of maintenance for packing machines, and the process of sampling in quality control. Through the experiment, it was found that the ideal level for producing LADAPAS is to conduct 2 briefings, perform 2 maintenance sessions, and perform 332 quality control samples. The results showed that maintenance has the largest contribution to the quality of LADAPAS products, with a contribution percentage of 23.02% at level 1. The operator factor has a contribution of 7.91% at level 2, while the quality control factor has a contribution of 5.62% at level 2. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the number of operator briefings, the number of maintenance for packing machines, and the process of sampling in quality control are important factors to be considered in producing LADAPAS.
