The goal is to: (1) to getting to know the career maturity of the library librarian of the Christian University Duta Wacana Library (2) to find out the factors that give rise to the career maturity of the librarian of the Library of the Christian University Duta Wacana. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research uses qualitative research methods. Test the validity of the data using a triangulation test. Its data analysis techniques are through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are; (1) The career maturity of most librarians of Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana Library Yogyakarta reached. The indicators refer to John Hopkins' Theory of Personality Typology which shows two librarians are classified as conventional personalities, one librarian belongs to an artistic personality, one librarian is classified as an investigative personality, and one librarian is classified as a social personality. The second stage in measuring the level of career maturity of librarians is to look at the suitability of the librarian's career environment, namely the division of work carried out and only one librarian who does not match the personality typology with his current work environment. In addition, other stages such as career insight, career goal setting, implementation, and evaluation, all librarians are able to identify, realize and know the career problems faced (2) factors that affect the career maturity of librarians, namely the support of parents and close people, the librarian's interaction with peers, and achievements.} }
