This research is a descriptive qualitative study with background in SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The subjects in this study were Islamic religious education teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, homeroom teachers and 4 students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan. Data colletion techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that there are 3 stages in the implementation of religious guidance, namely (1) growing interest and growing students' faith; (2) assisting and guiding them so that they can learn various religious teachings, both those that have been studied and those that have not been studied; (3) following up on the efforts of religious guidance that had been given previously in worship accompaniment. The results of the study show that religious guidance activities can assist in shaping the morals of students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi Regency, West Java which are divided into morals to Allah SWT, morals to teachers, morals to oneself and morals to fellow Muslims.
