One of the components of the community directly affected is volunteers who participated in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. The high intensity and feeling of helplessness during this pandemic made it difficult for volunteers to obtain quality sleep, resulting in many volunteers being exposed to Covid-19 and other diseases. Therefore, efforts that can be made to deal with these problems are sleep therapy that can be applied to related volunteers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how can sleep therapy improve the quality of sleep of Humanitarian Volunteers of the Regional Nusantara Volunteer Organization of the Special Region of Yogyakarta after the Covid-19 Pandemic? This study aims to determine the effect of sleep therapy on the sleep quality of humanitarian volunteers of the Regional Nusantara Volunteers of the Special Region of Yogyakarta after the Covid 19 Pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research in the form of pre-experiment using one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were 20 volunteers of the Nusantara Volunteer organization who were willing to follow the research to completion. The instrument used to collect the data was a sleep quality scale. Data analysis using the Paired Sample T-test with the help of IBM SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was stated that the hypothesis in the study was acceptable as evidenced by the significance value of the paired T-test of 0.000 or < 0.01 and an increase in the average value of the pretest results of 193.15 to a posttest value of 217.70. This means that there is an influence of 8.47%. So it can be concluded that Islamic Sleep therapy affects the quality of sleep of humanitarian volunteers, the regional Nusantara Volunteer organization, the Special Region of Yogyakarta..
