Self-care has become a tertiary need for urban communities. To take care of yourself so that you look better, you need maintenance services or salons that can be found anywhere. Almost all people are familiar with these service providers. Rumah Cantik Sehat Muslimah (RCSM) as a beauty salon that is developing and has a different business strategy, requires performance standards for the employees of Rumah Cantik Sehat Muslimah (RCSM). With performance standards, employees have guidelines and steps to complete their work. This study aims to identify, describe and analyze the determination and performance standards of employees at RCSM Gedongkuning Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely depicting and describing data systematically. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. For data collection techniques, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis, namely presenting the data in written form and explaining what it was in accordance with the data obtained from the research results. The results of this study indicate that the performance standards of employees at Rumah Cantik Sehat Muslimah meet performance indicators, namely, quantitative, qualitative, timeliness, effectiveness, historical standards. Performance standards begin with the establishment of performance standards for RCSM Gedongkuning employees with a job analysis process that produces job descriptions for which performance standards are then prepared which refer to the indicators contained in the performance standards. This corresponds to the effectiveness of time-oriented performance standards.
