However, in obtaining rights as labor and differences in biological functional structure, women and men have different handling, because women have the nature of menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding and have benefited in Undang-undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan. In practice, there are still many companies that violate these rules, causing unproductive and harder work so that female workers do not feel subjective well-being at work. In this study using a quantitative method approach, the acquisition of data collected using questionnaire techniques. The respondents of this study were female workers who used a saturated sample with a total of 80 respondents. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of labor protection category on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (X1), BPJS Kesehatan (X2), and reproductive rights (X3) on the subjective welfare (Y) of female workers at PT Primsima. Then this study used three hypotheses and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable simultaneously had an effect and was significant on the dependent variable with F test results of 17.256 {\ensuremath{>}} 2.72 and significant results of 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.5. Partially, variable X1 with test results t 1.341 {\ensuremath{>}} 0.68 and significant results 0.184 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.5, X3 with test results t 0.408 {\ensuremath{>}} 0.68 and significant results 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.5 so as to obtain results that X1 and X3 have a positive and significant effect, then for variable X2 with test results t -0.144 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.68 and significant values of 0.543 {\ensuremath{>}} 0.5 so as to obtain results that have a negative and insignificant effect.} }
