ID - digilib59324 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/59324/ A1 - Riana Ayu Amalia, NIM.: 18108020058 Y1 - 2023/02/01/ N2 - This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership and company management on the adaptation process of employees after the merger of BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, and BNI Syariah to become Bank Syariah Indonesia. The population in this study were 35 employees and used a purposive sampling method where samples were taken based on predetermined criteria. The criteria are Islamic bank employees who experience a transition before to after the merger. So that the number of samples obtained is 32 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale and interviews. The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 data analysis tool. The results show that the organizational culture variable, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect, while the company management variable has a significant negative effect on the adaptation process of Bank Syariah Indonesia employees.
