%X This study examines the effect of the independent variables, namely Economic Growth (PDRB per capita as an indicator), Unemployment and Human Capital (average length of schooling as an indicator) on the dependent variable, namely Poverty in Jambi Province for the period 2013-2021. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses a type of quantitative research and is associative. Using Library Research (Library Research) as a data collection technique. Data analysis used panel data with a Fixed Effect regression model with SUR period scales.   The results of this study found that the economic growth variable did not have a significant effect on district/city poverty in Jambi Province. The unemployment variable has a positive and significant influence on district/city poverty in Jambi Province. Meanwhile, the human capital variable has a negative and significant influence on district/city poverty in Jambi Province.
