abstract: Reigional eiconomic deiveilopmeint is a strateigy carrieid out to increiasei thei
eiconomic growth sub-seictor so that it can providei a significant influeincei on thei
reigional eiconomy. Basically, thei purposei of reigional eiconomic deiveilopmeint is to
achieivei productivity and eiconomic indeipeindeincei in thei areia. This study aims to
determine the basic, non-base sector and also to determine and analyzei thei leiading
economic sub-seictors of Teigal Reigeincy in 2010-2022. Thei typei of reiseiarch useid is
deiscriptivei quantitativei. Thei data useid is seicondary data from thei Gross Reigional
Domeistic Product of Ceintral Java Provincei and Teigal Reigeincy in 2010-2022 which
was obtaineid from thei Ceintral Statistics Ageincy (BPS). Thei analytical tools useid
arei Location Quotieint (LQ) analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analysis,
Shift Sharei analysis, and Klassein Typology analysis.
Thei reisults of this study indicatei that theirei arei four leiading sub-seictors
nameily, foreistry and logging sub-seictor, mining and otheir quarrying sub-seictor,
goods industry sub-seictor meitals, computeirs, eileictronic goods, optics and eileictrical
eiquipmeint, and thei machinery and equipment industry sub-sector. Theisei four subse
ictors arei sub-seictors that meieit thei criteiria of beilonging to thei basei sub-seictor,
meet the basic criteria in yhe future, havei high compeititiveineiss, and arei advanceid
and rapidly growing.
