The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees and interviewing the heads of service and operational areas. The primary research data used questionnaires from 40 respondents and interviews with informants. The research data analysis method uses PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 8.0. The results of the partial study of person organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.} }
