        abstract = {The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soft skills, self-confidence,
and work motivation on work readiness in Islamic banking. The analytical method
used is multiple analysis using SPSS 26.0 software. Basic information for this
study was obtained from the respondents. The sample used was 100 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Soft Skills, Confidence and
Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness.}
