Both internal and external influences have an impact on an employee's success. Ability and motivation are the main factors that influence performance. Self-efficacy and peer support are factors that represent the value of the ability to influence employee performance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the link between self-efficacy, peer support, and job motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 29 software. The research sample was BPRS HIK Bahari employees, totaling 51 respondents. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and supported by interviews with management. The results of the study stated that the variables of self-efficacy and co-worker support each had a significant and positive effect on work motivation and employee performance. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Jeihan Ali Azhar, S.Si.,M.E.I
