The sampling technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis by distributing questionnaires to all Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees. From the results of distributing the questionnaires, there were 40 questionnaires that could be processed. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test using the latest SPSS program. The results of this study explain that self-efficacy variable (X1) and work discipline variable (X3) have a significant positive effect on service quality while work motivation variable (X2) has no effect on service quality of Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees.} }
