The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained from respondents. The sample used was 41 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially Work-Life Balance has no significant positive effect on OCB. However, job satisfaction and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on OCB.} }
