By using quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study amounted to 40 employees with sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the PLS (Partial Least Squares) approach and the help of the WarpPLS 7.0 application program. The results showed that psychological capital has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment does not significantly moderate the effect of psychological capital on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
