This study aims to determine how much influence the superior-subordinate relationship, organizational climate, and transformational leadership have on the innovative behavior of case study employees at Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. The research method uses quantitative research. Sampling using saturated sampling with a total sample of 44 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that leader member-exchange variable has a significant negative effect on employee innovative behavior. Organizational climate variable has a significant positive effect on employee innovative behavior. Transformational leadership variables have no influence on employee innovative behavior.
