This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 22 respondents. This type of research is explanatory quantitative. Data accumulation used a questionnaire as the main data and an interview as the proponent data. Measurements scale in this questionnaire using a 6-point likert scale. The software used is IBM SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that: 1) work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention of employees, 2) psychological capital has no effect on turnover intention of employees, 3) perceived organizational support has significant negative effect on turnover intention of BSI KCP Yogyakarta Kusumanegara employees.
