        abstract = {This study aims to examine the effect of the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) on the Welfare of BUMDes Management and Members with Social Capital as a Moderating Variable (Case Study of BUMDes in Sleman Regency). BUMDes performance is measured using three aspects of performance measurement from Agus Dwiyanto, including responsiveness, responsibility and accountability aspects. The sample used in this study was 11 BUMDes with a total of 50 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with the PLS-SEM analysis model using the WarpPLS 7.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that responsiveness, responsibility and accountability affect the income of BUMDes administrators and members. Meanwhile, the moderating variable of social capital is only able to strengthen the relationship between responsiveness to the income of administrators and members.}
