Besides that it also explains the relationship between the variables of company size, liquidity, profitability, premium stability, and changes in tabarru funds to Risk Based Capital (RBC) variables. Sharia insurance companies that are the object of research are all sharia insurance (full sharia) that are registered as members of AASI. The study population is 15 (fifteen) sharia insurance (full sharia) registered as members of AASI. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so that the research sample was 9 (nine) sharia insurance in the 2015-2021 period. A total of 63 (sixty three) observations. The research data is secondary data obtained from the company?s annual financial reports on each company?s website. The data is processed by panel data regression using Eviews software, including panel data regression model selection, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R?) with a significance level of 5\%. The result of the study are that 4 (four) out of 9 (nine) sharia insurance have a very healthy financial condition every year because the RBC exceeds 150\%. The result of statistical tests show that company size and liquidity have a positive effect on RBC. While profitability, premium stability, and changes in tabarru funds have a negative effect on RBC.} }
