This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires online on social media networks. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. This study used a sample of 106 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25 tool. The results of this study indicate that attitude toward whistleblowing, perceived behavior control has a positive and significant effect on whistleblowing intentions. Conversely, Independence Commitment has no effect on whistleblowing intentions.
