The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kusumanegara Yogyakarta Branch and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sudirman Bukittinggi Branch who had received work training. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling, amounting to 23 employees. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kusumanegara Branch of Yogyakarta and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sudirman Branch of Bukittinggi. Methods of data analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that training, organizational culture, competence, motivation and feelings have a significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kusumanegara Yogyakarta Branch and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sudirman Bukittinggi Branch. The independent variable in this study is able to explain the dependent variable of 66.7% at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kusumanegara Yogyakarta Branch and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sudirman Branch Bukittinggi at 62.3%. %Z Pembimbing : Dr. Jeihan Ali Azhar, S.Si., M.E.I.
