Leadership style is included in external factors while motivation and work discipline are included in internal factors that are within the human resources themselves. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research where the results of research data are in the form of numbers that are analyzed using statistics. In determining the subject of this study, the researcher used the Snowball Sampling technique, namely taking several cases by connecting relationships from one person to another or from case to case, then looking for other relationships with the same process, and so on variables of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline significantly has an influence on the performance of employees of Islamic banks and conventional banks in Indonesia. Leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in both Islamic banks and conventional banks in Indonesia. The variable of motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in both Islamic and conventional banks. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in both Islamic and conventional banks in Indonesia. %Z Pembimbing: Hasan Al Banna, SEI., M.E
