The objects of this research were 25 employees of Bank BSI KC Pekalongan Pemuda and 12 employees of Bank BSI KCP Weleri Kendal. Data from the study were collected through a questionnaire using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and R² test. Testing the hypothesis using SPSS Software for Windows version 26. The results of data analysis show that the variables of work discipline, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance %Z Pembimbing: Syayyidah Maftuhatul Jannah, S.E., M.Sc.
